Since 1990 Hallidays Point Lions have worked with the community. On reflection it is amazing what has been achieved. The care and dedication of a united community to achieve common goals is remarkable. Lion members are humbled and appreciate the community trust in our fundraising and

Op Shop Donations
In a previous issue you were made aware of where your money goes when you donate goods or buy
items from the Op Shop. This information is also displayed on the shop window and counter. The
Hallidays Point Lions Op Shop thanks the local community for its generosity and support over many
years. The Op Shop accepts all donations. We can assist by advertising large furniture items for
sale. However, we do need to heed the advice from The NSW Environment Protection Authority:
“A friendly reminder that only items in good condition should be donated…. Sadly, not everything pre
loved can be re-loved. Make sure your donations are quality used goods. Make sure you leave your
donations within store hours ………. Remember that broken, damaged goods will end up in landfill at a
cost to charities”.
